Becoming a member of HSWLA means being involved in a local organization committed to advocating for women and diversity in leadership within our community. We firmly believe that by fostering a strong community of successful and influential women, we can create a positive impact in Hot Springs.
Leadership Luncheons- We have ten regular luncheons held on the second Thursday of each month. Each luncheon features an influential or educational local, state, or regional guest speaker. Luncheons are opportunities for you to receive professional development, and make new connections, build relationships, and grow your circle of influence. These are not sales or leads meetings. The purpose of the luncheons is to engage and encourage other women leaders within our community.
Special Events- In addition to the monthly leadership luncheons, HSWLA will host a series of special events or casual gatherings called Greet, Eat, and Meets (GEM’s). These events are where members and their guests can interact on a more intimate level to turn professional acquaintances into personal friends. These events will be announced on the HSWLA private members only Facebook group as well as email notification. access membership membership management Hot Springs National Park
